Rebecca Lowe
Biography
Rebecca (Cooper) Lowe is the Vice President Operations and CX at Zoomie, and formerly VP of Customer Experience at FTX US where she helped build and drive customer experience initiatives across the firm’s brands, including Blockfolio and mobile apps, FTX NFTs and FTX Pay, and more.
Highly experienced in the realm of community management and customer operations, she was originally brought on to the FTX team as the company’s first dedicated Head of Customer Success. As a result of her work, FTX has created an efficient and highly positive experience for customers. Prior to joining FTX, Rebecca was at ZenLedger, SmarterQueue, GoShare, Disruptor Beam, and American Express.
Rebecca holds a BA in History from Oklahoma State University.
