In a prior life, he spent almost a decade as a banker for Citi and MUFG. He holds an MBA from Wharton and an MA from the Lauder Institute and has lived in several countries, including Bolivia, China, Russia, Ireland, Uruguay, Italy, and USA. He is fluent in Russian, Spanish, and English.
