Adam Versprille is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Money254, Kenya’s first integrated financial services marketplace. Money254 helps over 4 million Kenyans a month discover, understand, and access the best financial services for their individual needs. The platform has quickly gained prominence, winning the Best Savings and Goal Tracking App at Kenya’s Mobile App Awards in 2023.

Before founding Money254, Adam served as the Chief Product Officer at 4G Capital, where he built the company’s product organization from inception. His product leadership helped 4G Capital emerge as one of Kenya’s leading credit-only fintechs, lending over $40 million of unsecured working capital to more than 50,000 micro and small businesses in Kenya and Uganda annually while maintaining a sub-5% non-performing loan rate.

Adam began his career with IBM as an e-commerce consultant during the early 2010’s omnichannel commerce boom. His career has spanned multiple product roles across the US and East Africa, where his product management background often intersects with his passion for product design and his experience leading engineering teams. He is passionate about the art of product development and leveraging technology to address complex real-world challenges in simple, accessible, and elegant ways.
