Jackie Reses
Biography
Jackie is the CEO of Post House Capital. Prior to joining Post House Capital, she ran Square Capital an extension of Square Inc. which uses innovative machine learning models to inform underwriting decisions and manage risk for small businesses that have previously been excluded from traditional sources of capital. Through her role, Jackie transformed the ability of the smallest businesses in the US to access credit. She was also the Executive Chairman of Square Financial Services, a recently approved FDIC insured bank owned by Square and the first industrial bank in the US started by a technology company.
Jackie has held numerous senior roles in technology and finance firms — she was the CDO at Yahoo, the Head of the US Media Group at Apax Partners, as well as a Board Member of the Alibaba Group. Jackie also spent seven years at Goldman Sachs in mergers and acquisitions and principal investments.
Outside of Post House Capital, Jackie acts as the Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the Board of Advisors of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves on the boards of Affirm and Wish (Context Logic).
Jackie received a bachelor’s degree in economics with honors from the Wharton School of the University.
